Each variety vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Aged during 9 months in medium light toasted in new up to five years old French and American oak barrels of 228L. Followed by another 6 months in tank before bottling. Light filtration, no fining. Suitable for Vegans Tasting Notes: Medium ruby color. Fruit laden aromas,
