Redbank Ellora Vintage Chardonnay Pinot Noir sam-kim A young vibrant Sparkling RoseA stunning pale gold colour wine with a fine bead. When poured in a glass, it emanates delicate aromas of citrus zest, almond praline and strawberries accompanied with subtle hints of rose floral. The palate has a fine structure with an underlying core of fresh citrus acidity that drives it to the finish. This wine has a balance to it with the presence of a delicate creamy texture which is a result of extended time on yeast lees during the bottle
