DI VEROLI, Elda Autographs Actresses - Letter F Austrian composerItalian soprano (1892 1981), particularly active in Italy following the First World War but whose career came to a close in 1937 because of her Jewish ancestry (was forced to remain hidden until 1943 1944). Signed postcard photograph, shown most likely in role, signed on front with additional signature and inscription on verso, dated in 1923. Size is 3. 5 x 5. 5 inches, some paper loss on edges, otherwise in very good condition.
