This time, the family turned to Madeira casks to finish Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and they really went all the way. As in literally went all the way to Madeira themselves, where they tried more than 30 varieties until they found the perfect balance between the dryness of a good sherry and the richness of tawny port. Unlike other port
