Germany, Luftwaffe. A Fallschirmjäger Badge Auction of the II Air Force(Fallschirmschtzenabzeichen). Constructed of silvered and gilded feinzink, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a diving Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with two visible rivets securing in place the obverse eagle, with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 43. 64 mm (w) x 52. 85 mm (h), weighing 32.
