Polished Pilbara Agate PA280 jelly bean jasper Weighs 551 gramsPA280 A matching pair of polished Pilbara Agate halves with natural rough backs. (A single agate cut in half). Dimensions at widest points of each half approx. 60 65 mm x 30 mm x 25 30 mm thick. Weight of both is 150 grams. Studies have shown that these are probably the oldest agates in the world with an age in excess of 2 billion years. They occur in the Maddina Formation in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
