Larry Cherubino Chardonnay 2025 chateau-tour-du-moulin The wine is fermented naturally
Description
The wine is fermented naturally in a mixture of old barrels (mostly old barrique & 500 litre) and goes on to spend around 18-month resting in cask before bottling without any fining and having gone through full malolactic fermentation
This is one of the great properties of Pomerol and it normally has a high (for the appellation) percentage of Cabernet in the blend
Quietly (yet rather brilliantly)
A refreshing acidity lends the wine spryness that lets the fruit resonate and slowly fade over a long finish
There is such character and drive with lots of concentration
Larry Cherubino Chardonnay 2025 chateau-tour-du-moulin The wine is fermented naturallyThe 2025 Larry Cherubino Chardonnay is a highly acclaimed, cool climate Western Australian wine. Across sub regions like Margaret River and Pemberton, it features a rich, complex profile blending citrus and stone fruit with creamy, barrel fermented textures and a subtle, toasted hazelnut finish.
