A Riga Polytechnical Institute Graduation Badge, c.1915 Newly Listed from January 1918 to DecemberConstructed of gilded brass, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf weath, joined together at the bottom by a ribbon defaced by Cyrillic initials ( Riga Polytechnical Institute), surrounding a double headed Imperial Russian eagle clutching an orb and sceptre, in turn bearing national and regional coats of arms, the reverse with a threaded lug retaining an original backplate and nut, unmarked, measuring 45. 54 mm (w) x 56. 98 mm (h),
