37° Sekt Blanc 2022 a bright garnet redA Sekt for slow afternoons. From Nobling a regional speciality of Baden, in Germanys southernmost wine region on the Rhine between Switzerland and France. Bred in 1939 from Silvaner and Chasselas, the grape is almost never grown outside this small corner of the country. Pure Nobling, hand harvested, biodynamic, fermented on native yeasts, then taken into bottle for its second fermentation. Light, low in alcohol, dry, with a soft mousse for an aperitif
