The nose is slight yeast ester spice and a whiff of sulphur and the body is all malt. Is that roast? Some sweetness? Caramel, leather, toast and straw? A lingering, but not overpowering, maltiness on the tongue? All of it melds together in an unctuous wave of flavour backed up by some high notes from the spice forward hops." Spotty Dog Style Variety:
