The majority of these lambikken were two years old upon blending and only a minor part of jonge lambik was used. The oldest lambik was brewed in the last days of 2016. This bottle has been aging for another 16 months in our cellar prior to release. 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one , two and at least three year old lambics.
