Metamorphika Garnatxa Negre Amfora, 2022 White AustraliaGrapes: Pinot GrisSingle vineyard Garnacha grown on the same Llicorella slate as you find in Priorat. The vines a mixture of 75years old and 20 years old are located 800 metres above sea level, and after part destemming, undergo an extended maceration of 2 4 months in clay amphora, before ageing in a mixture of large old barrels and the amphora, and bottling unfiltered but with a touch of sulphur. Bursting with plush black fruits, underlain by a striking minerality
