Organic Pilsner, Raw Wheat & Raw Triticale from Voyager (NSW). Hopped hotside w Saaz (CZ) & Aramis (FR) to 23 IBU. Fermented hot using our house culture w out temp control for 3 weeks in stainless before naturally garding ambient for a further 5 weeks. Packaged on December 29th 2023 and bottle conditioned for 5 weeks. Inspired by the great examples of France, very close to the Belgian border. Aroma's of
