Although this location lies close to Icelands famous Ring Road, reaching it was no easy feat. The trek through unmarked paths, narrow trails, and loose rocks made every step a challenge, especially with the weight of my equipment and the ever present wind. Yet, it was all worth it when I arrived at this untouched valley.
