Well when prohibition came along in the US in the 1920s it swept away the business of a lot of vineyards and distilleries. Recently I was lucky enough to come across some amazing vintage adverts from companies that were prospering before prohibition, and I've incorporated them into the designs of my Prohibition series of nautical prints.
